The Law office of Nina Yablok provides a full range of legal
and related services to privately held businesses. Clients
include high tech, financial, research, manufacturing, service,
retail and wholesale businesses. Areas of advice include,
but are not limited to, business development, merger and acquisition
consulting, licensing, labor, contract, business entity choice,
independent contractor and intellectual property law.

Massively Parallel Instruments, Inc. Responsible for business,
labor, financial and compliance matters for research and development
company. Part time.
1986 - 1997 INSTRUCTOR - West Valley College
Developed curricula and currently teaches courses designed
to assist individuals starting a business. The courses cover
legal as well as operational aspects of business start ups,
including starting up, employer-employee issues and business
name protection.
